Jens Janus Jensen [211719]

Jens came to this country and Marshall County in 1907 from Denmark.He worked for the farmers in the area for several years.

After his marriage to Marie Jensen, they bought a farm in Sinnott andfarmed there until moving to the farm in Section 30 in AugsburgTownship in 1921. He bought the North half of Section in 1938.

Jens and Marie were active in the community and their church and it'sorganizations. The children attended rural school near their home andStephen High School.
